Claims are easy.
Exaggeration is harder.
Gram checks résumé claims against public evidence and shows the wording the record actually supports. Your team makes the call.

Almost nothing on a résumé is false. That is what makes it hard to review.
Led cross-functional product strategy
is not a lie. It is a choice of verb. The record behind it might show ownership, or it might show attendance, and the line reads the same either way.
Working through a stack of applications, a reviewer cannot check which. So the wording is taken at face value, or it is discounted on instinct. Both are guesses about a person.

See the evidence behind a finding
Each flagged claim is checked against public sources. The finding shows the claim in the applicant’s words, the verdict, the reason, and every source it rests on.

Where a report is for employment, each applicant is asked to authorize it first and can decline. They can request a copy, and dispute anything in it.
Everyone in the hiring loop reads the same record. Recruiters, hiring managers, compliance and the applicant each see the claim, the evidence behind it, and the wording it supports.

Findings, not scores
No score or rank is attached to a person. A finding is a claim, a verdict, a reason and its sources.
The original beside the rewrite
Calibrated wording never replaces what the applicant wrote. Both stay on the report.
Your decision
Gram does not reject anyone or certify a claim as true. The reviewer decides.

Keep reviewer responsesPurpose, certified
A workspace administrator certifies the purpose of each check before any report is run.
Authorization first
For employment, the applicant authorizes the check before it runs, and can decline.
Automatic deletion
Documents stay so reviewers can return to them, with optional 30-day or 90-day deletion.

The error we design against
A rewrite that should not have happened costs a real applicant something. A missed one costs a reviewer a second look. Every threshold in Gram is set for the second kind of error.
Evidence stays attached
The material a finding rests on stays visible beside it.
Uncertainty stays explicit
Ambiguity becomes a question, not synthetic certainty.
People stay responsible
Every consequential hiring decision remains human.
Questions before a call
Longer answers live on the privacy and terms pages.
Is this legal to use for hiring?
Yes, within the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Gram operates as a consumer reporting agency, which means a workspace administrator certifies the purpose of each check, and the applicant authorizes it before a report is run for employment. The obligations that come with that are listed above.
What if it is wrong about someone?
The applicant can dispute anything in a report and it is reinvestigated. Gram does not certify any claim as true and does not make the hiring decision — the reviewer does. Thresholds are set so that a rewrite that should not have happened is the error the system avoids.
What happens to the documents?
They are analyzed to produce the reviewer’s report and stored so the reviewer can return to them, with optional 30-day or 90-day automatic deletion.
Where does it read applications from?
An Airtable base, a Google Form, or a PDF upload. Evidence comes from public sources — scholarly indexes, code-hosting sites, company pages — and whatever a search returns stays attached to the finding.
